Redeeming SDN Share Points

1. You can redeem vested SDN Share Points for Rewards by notifying us via the feedback form. You will receive a response within approximately three business days.
2. Rewards are electronic Amazon.com gift certificates delivered in U.S. Dollars.
3. Listed below is the breakdown of SDN Share Points needed to earn the Reward:

4. All gift certificates will be sent electronically to the e-mail address you provided when you submitted your content.
5. Contributors with the highest point values will be featured on the SDN Share Top Contributors page.
6. Sun reserves the right to change Reward offerings and redemption levels at any time. The number of SDN Share Points awarded for submissions and the amount needed to redeem for Rewards may be changed at any time with or without notice.
7. Program participants will be able to check their balance of SDN Share Points by notifying us via the feedback form. You will receive a response within approximately three business days.
8. The Rewards are only available in exchange for SDN Share Points. If any of the Rewards costs more than the number of SDN Share that a Participant has in his/her Account, the Participant may not pay cash for the difference, but must earn the Points in order to obtain the reward.
9. Participants will have 60 days after the end of the Program Period to redeem their SDN Share Points for Rewards. Any SDN Share Points remaining in a Participant's account after that time will be forfeited without compensation.
10. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery of any of the Rewards.
11. No refunds will be provided for any of the Rewards. If for any reason the gift certificate is lost or stolen or cannot be fulfilled for whatever reason, Sun in its sole discretion reserves the right to credit the Participant's Account with the amount of SDN Share Points redeemed for the item.
